About Robyn Fries
My name is Robyn and I am a young fitness and nutrition enthusiast who has turned what I love into how I make a living, which is something that I am extremely grateful for!
I grew up very active and played many sports, but the ones that took ahold of my heart the most were hockey, horseback riding, and running marathons. I was always very active but faced challenges with maintaining my fitness and nutrition goals in my late teens and when I went away to college. Although I struggled with my health, self esteem and overall well-being during that time, I am so glad that my life un-folded the way that it did. I decided that motivating people and teaching them how to take care of their bodies was what I wanted to do with my life.
My approach to training is oriented around the goals and well-being of my clients. I want to leave people feeling healthy, strong, confident, and above all, truly happy in their skin. Self love is one of the most important things there is and I plan to help as many people as I can fall in love with their bodies and feel their absolute best, because everyone deserves to live a healthy & happy life.
I would love to be the person to help you jumpstart your health and fitness journey and achieve your goals, and I know what it's like to need a little bit of help getting started. The first step is sometimes the hardest, but the results you will receive and the physical and mental strength you will gain will be truly life changing.
